Halibut is a popular flatfish with a fresh and unique taste. Halibut is commonly sold in eateries and grocery stores. It is a fish that is consumed throughout the world.

Halibut is a fish that dwells in saltwater. It is commonly found in oceans, and seas. Commercial and recreational fisherman both seek out this tasty flatfish.

Halibut can be farm raised or fresh. Studies have shown that farmed raised fish may have less vitamins and health benefits than fresh fish. Luckily, fresh halibut is somewhat easy to find in most areas.
