Lobster

Lobster is a favorite dinner choice for many fish lovers. It is often paired with a red meat, but it can also be served alone. As a shellfish, lobster may be difficult to eat than other types of fish.

Though lobster may be difficult to eat, the delicious taste is a great reward. Lobster is popular throughout the world, yet it is more ready available in some climates and areas. This red clawed fish is often popular in coastal areas.

Lobster is fished by many people. It is commercially fished and recreationally fished. But almost everyone who catches a lobster tends to cook it and eat it. If a lobster is purchased in a store it can be expensive to obtain.
